Job descriptionMeet daily / weekly / monthly lead generation targets. Generate leads via Sales Navigator, Google Maps, social media outreach, groups & communities . Implement funnel-based strategies to capture and qualify leads. Manage official brand presence across Facebook, Instagram, , Twitter, YouTube , etc. Plan and schedule content using social media tools. Track engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions to drive growth. Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports for campaigns, leads, and ROI. Analyze metrics, identify gaps, and implement optimization strategies. 2+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing & Lead Generation . Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Ads . Solid understanding of sales funnels, retargeting, audience segmentation, ROI tracking . Proficiency with tools such as : Meta Business Suite Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager Sales Navigator Social media management platforms Excellent communication, analytical abilities, and a performance-driven mindset. We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive & Lead Generation Specialist who can manage performance marketing campaigns, generate qualified leads, and drive consistent digital growth.
If you have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Ads, sales funnels, retargeting, and organic lead generation , this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and .
