Role Description

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy across all major platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn) to grow the HKL Foundation's digital presence, increase engagement, and drive awareness of its mission and programs. This role requires a blend of creative strategy, data-driven analysis, and a deep understanding of how to communicate the impact from practicing the virtues of humility, kindness, and love in a compelling and authentic online voice.

Location : On-Site— Chandigarh (India)

Responsibilities :

• Strategy & Planning : Develop and implement monthly and quarterly social media content calendars for all channels aligned with HKL's mission and campaigns. Develop creative ways to convey HKL's message of self-transformation across online platforms.
• Content Curation & Posting : Oversee the creation, scheduling, and publishing of all content (videos, graphics, posts, stories, shorts) to ensure consistency and brand alignment across platforms.
• Community Management : Actively monitor, respond to, and engage with the online community in a manner that exemplifies the Foundation's virtues (kindness, empathy, and respect).
• Platform Optimization : Tailor content and strategy for optimal performance on each platform (e.g., short-form video focus for Instagram / YouTube, professional / impact stories for LinkedIn). Identify trends and opportunities to amplify HKL's voice.
• Analytics & Reporting : Track, analyze, and report on key social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) to inform future strategy and demonstrate ROI.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the Content Writer , Graphic Designer , and Video Editor to ensure a steady supply of high-quality, mission-aligned content.
