Location : Thoraipakkam, Chennai (On-site)

Shift : UK Shift – 1 : 00 PM to 10 : 00 PM (Monday to Friday)

About Us :

Solace Group Ltd. is a UK-based property management organization with back-office operations in Chennai. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Product Analyst who will play a key role in managing and enhancing our in-house software systems, working closely with the web development team.

Role & Responsibilities :

Act as the bridge between business teams and the web development team for product requirements

Analyze, document, and communicate software requirements and system enhancements

Collaborate with developers to ensure timely delivery of product updates and new features

Conduct testing, identify bugs, and work with the development team to resolve issues

Monitor product performance, collect feedback from end-users, and suggest improvements

Prepare product documentation, reports, and training materials for internal teams

Support in implementing new technologies and tools to improve efficiency

Requirements :

2–3 years of experience as a Product Analyst / Business Analyst / Software Support role

Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile / Scrum preferred)

Hands-on experience in writing requirement documents, user stories, and workflows

Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, or data analysis tools will be an added advantage

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to liaise effectively between technical and non-technical teams
