Product Analyst / Customer Success Analyst

This role focuses on gathering customer feedback, analysing product usage data and identifying opportunities to enhance product performance and user satisfaction. By closely collaborating with both internal teams and end-users, the Analyst ensures that product development aligns with real customer needs, driving adoption, retention and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities :
Ø Act as the liaison between customers, Product and Engineering teams.
Ø Analyze product usage trends, customer feedback and support ticket Fresh Desk / Redmine / Jira data to identify feature enhancements and areas for improvement.
Ø Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
Ø Support product roadmap development with data-driven insights and user impact assessments.
Ø Conduct regular reviews of customer journeys to identify friction points and suggest improvements.
Ø Partner with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure successful onboarding, training, and user engagement.
Ø Participate in product testing, validation and release readiness activities.
Good to have :
Ø Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field.
Ø Experience in a customer-facing or product-facing role is an added advantage (Customer Success, Business Analysis, Product Management, etc.).
Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in SaaS product, along with AngularJS, MongoDB, Jasper report knowledge.
Ø Experience in SaaS or tech product environments.
Ø Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Redmine, Confluence).
Ø Experience with CRM and support tools (Fresh Desk).
