Role : National Busniess Manager for a Leading Life Science Manufacturing Organization
Work Location : Delhi (South Delhi)

Responsibilities : -
- Strategizing to Implement next 5 years Revenue Plan for PAN India.
- Act as a business leader, manage your own book of business / territory, run business meetings remotely and in person when needed, and close complex deals co-selling with alliance partner's sales teams.
- To achieve annual Sales Target (Consumables & Instruments)
- Build, manage, drive pipeline and close business resulting from field alliance partnerships.
- To achieve Sales Target (Product Wise)
- Key Account Data, Strategy & Execution (achieving privilege relationships with them, Updated KAM, competition activity)
- Ensure Collections to manage the Outstanding Budget.
- Development of Sales Coordination team (Backend Team).
- Managing Overhead Sales Cost.
- Ensure service & delivery compliances to customers.
- After Sales Service & Technical Support on Equipment’s also.
- Manage Distributors Network & Motivate them & strong distributor Management.
- Prepare Quarterly forecasting on Sales (Product Wise).
- Resolve field / customer conflict, ensure all partner resources are fully leveraged.
- Demonstrate product and industry knowledge and understanding of Model N’s unique Value Proposition.
- Maintain contacts and accurate Account / Opportunity data in Salesforce for assigned territory.
- Lead the process of planning sales targets for BU sales in the country in coordination with the regional manager through forecasting sales and revenues, deployment, and direct selling expenses.
- Identify new markets and customer segments and develop sales strategies to explore more opportunities.
- Mentor regional managers to manage teams, set expectations, and motivate the team.
- Set up plans for field coverage, prescription reporting, and sales incentive plans, etc. Monitor sales activity through tracking of sales MIS (via CRM), formulate rolling sales plans to ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure forecasting accuracy by driving feedback from the sales team and in close coordination with the inventory team
- Work closely and collaborate with the private / public (Sales)markets (key accounts) team to co-create and coordinate execution plans.
Qualifications : -
Total 20+ years’ experience in sales, with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in managing and directing highly impactful conservation program for sales which have been successful.Bachelor / Master’s Degree in Biotechnology or equivalentExperience selling into the life sciences / Biotech / Scientific / Medical Technology Industry (Consumables and Equipment’s).Hands-on leadership qualities who can be a strong coach and mentor with a strong track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong team player with the ability to establish positive relationships at all levels of an organization.Ability to manage processes / campaigns that result in tangible end results, such as the ground working of each salespersons, RMs accountability.Capability to set goals for and manage a team in its role supporting surreal SALES efforts and serving as a regional thought leader.An innovative problem solver with the ability to effectively navigate complex, multi-layered situations.Leader who is action-oriented and gets things done.
