Job descriptionWorking on a complete recruitment cycle. Resolving and addressing day-to-day admin-related issues. Managing applications in ATS. Handling employee engagement. Assigning work to office staff. Handling the onboarding process. Handling the exit process. Ensuring a structured management of all the important data of the company. Working on other administration-related works.
Requirements :
- Good communication skills.
- Experience with any ATS & HRMS, preferably Zoho Recruit & Zoho People.
- Must be proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Must have a problem-solving attitude.
- Must be professional and approachable to the employees.
- Must be tech-savvy.
Benefits : 5 day work-week.
