Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive to support U.S. onboarding and benefits administration. The role includes handling I-9 verification, background checks, drug screening coordination, and timesheet tracking.

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth onboarding processes, compliance with U.S. employment regulations, and timely HR documentation.

Experience with JobDiva is a must, as the role requires regular use of the platform for timesheet tracking and documentation

Excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage U.S. employee onboarding and benefits enrollment
• Perform I-9 verification and ensure documentation compliance
• Coordinate background checks and drug tests
• Monitor and follow up on weekly timesheet submissions
• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR processes
• Utilize JobDiva for candidate tracking, onboarding documentation, and workflow management
