Job Title : HR Manager – K12 (EdTech) Location : Hyderabad Company : NNIIT Experience : 3–5 years in K12 or EdTech HR roles Compensation : Up to ₹25 LPA (including performance-linked incentives) + ESOPs Employment Type : Full-time About NNIIT

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and committed HR Manager to lead end-to-end hiring and HR operations for our K12 division. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of relevant EdTech or K12 experience , a strong record in team leadership , and a results-oriented approach to building high-performing teams .

This is a strategic role for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, education-driven environment and is passionate about driving people excellence.

Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Hiring & Talent Acquisition

  • Drive complete recruitment life cycle for all roles in the K12 business vertical — from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels including job portals, , internal referrals, and campus hiring.
  • Ensure high-quality, timely closures of open positions aligned with business priorities.

2. Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and HR executives.
  • Define recruitment KPIs and monitor performance regularly.
  • Foster accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement within the HR team.
  • 3. HR Operations & Policy Management

  • Manage employee lifecycle activities : onboarding, payroll coordination, leave management, and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate HR data, employee records, and documentation through HRMS tools.
  • Assist in policy development, compliance tracking, and HR process optimization.
  • 4. Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Design and execute initiatives to boost employee engagement and retention.
  • Implement training and development programs to enhance team skills and productivity.
  • Partner with leadership to nurture a transparent, performance-oriented culture.
  • 5. Strategic HR & Reporting

  • Analyze HR metrics and share actionable insights with leadership.
  • Contribute to workforce planning, succession management, and organizational growth strategies.
  • Champion process automation and efficiency improvement in HR operations.
  • Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on HR experience in K12 or EdTech organizations .
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment and team management .
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with HRMS / ATS tools and MS Office.
  • Commitment to work deliverables , timelines, and organizational goals.
