Avega Business Solutions is looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist (Fresher) with excellent communication skills to join our growing team in Indiranagar, Bangalore.
Role Description
- Manage the investor onboarding process from initiation to completion.
- Collect, review, and validate KYC documentation (individuals, corporates, trusts, funds, etc.).
- Conduct AML, sanctions, and PEP checks in line with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Liaise with investors, relationship managers, and internal stakeholders to resolve onboarding queries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date investor records in internal systems.
- Escalate suspicious activities or discrepancies to the Compliance team for further review.
- Support periodic reviews and remediation of existing investors’ KYC records.
- Coordinate with external service providers or regulators, where required.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations (FATCA, CRS, SEBI, RBI, or equivalent depending on jurisdiction).

Fresh graduate or up to 6 Moths of experienceStrong verbal & written communication skillsAbility to build rapport and maintain professional client relationshipsPositive attitude and willingness to learnBasic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools (preferred)
