Key Responsibilities
- Person should be involve & support for business unit sales & operation planning of individual as 10+ Cr & team 50+ Cr
- Person should have exposure of dealing with client
- Shall able to develop operational sales
- Shall be able to handle 50+ Team including client managers and Sr engineers
- Will be responsible & committed for achievement of business unit sales target
- Will be first-in-line of Product inspection in BU
- Responsible for overall Sales and Operations of North region.
- Clients Coordination including review meetings
- Project’s planning, Team development and skill enhancement
- Manpower handling
- Vendor development for operation / execution of product inspection
- Support / identification in hiring qualified person as per requirement
- Responsible for execution of jobs includes quality aspect
Education
Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
Having 10-15 years’ experience Business Development, Operation-Management, Regional-Sales, Customer-Management, Team Building, Team Development, P&-L-Management, Operational-Sales
