Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and presenting to closing — for our CRM SaaS product. You will be working with clients across various industries and must possess a strong understanding of solution-based selling and the SaaS landscape.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through field visits, networking, events, and cold outreach.
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their business needs and demonstrate how our CRM platform can add value.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demos tailored to client use cases.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales engineering, and customer success teams to support sales initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of all sales activities and pipeline forecasts.
- Stay current with product updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Requirements :
2–5+ years of field sales experience in SaaS, ideally CRM or B2B software.Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.Experience selling to C-level executives and decision-makers.Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC, or similar).Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Ability to travel within your assigned territory.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).Nice to Have :
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).Background in selling to mid-market or enterprise clients.Familiarity with API integrations and SaaS implementation cycles.What We Offer :
