Your Mission : The Role
You are a revenue-owning, outcome-delivering forward-deployed solver (fds) , directly driving AI-powered transformation from the first principles within your portfolio of strategic client engagements.
You'll be a Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for orchestrating transformative business outcomes with client stakeholders by solving differently and relentlessly questioning the status quo. You lead the charge from initial engagement to successful execution.
Let's be clear : this is not your typical sales or pre-sales role where you 'move-on' to the next-gig after collecting an SoW or PO from a client. At Searce, you get into the weeds, leading with a process-first mindset, as our fellow engineers evlos (solve differently) intelligent outcomes. You remain 100% accountable for the solutions proposed, the deals closed, and the real outcomes realized.

Your Responsibilities
This isn’t just a ‘ Build the pipeline ’ role. You are the founder, the architect, and the DRI (Directly Responsible Individual) for generating and overseeing the real business outcomes for net-new accounts. Your mission is to partner with visionary clients, leverage our ‘ solver DNA ’ to disrupt traditional processes and genuinely futurify clients' business operations to create ‘ real value’.

Own the revenue. Forecast. Chase. Close. Deliver.
Architect & execute an account-specific GTM strategy that earns client trust.
Partner with hyperscalers, ISVs, and AI platforms to build a 'native tech stack' that works.
Consult & solve as the 'face of Searce' in client stakeholder conversations & tech forums.
Architect Transformation Journeys
Lead engaging discovery workshops using first-principles thinking.
Apply our proprietary evlos methodology—iterate fast and fearlessly.
Serve as the chief architect of value, aligning a client's biggest challenges with our most intelligent, AI-powered solutions.
Disrupt the status quo : Design groundbreaking, AI-native and cloud-forward solutions that reimagine business processes and deliver value.
Replace “nice slides” with “pleasant surprises for clients” via working real outcomes.
