Job Description :

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer with 2–5 years of experience to design engaging e-learning content and blended learning experiences. This role is ideal for someone who combines instructional design expertise with a passion for learner-centric innovation and digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Design & Development

• Conduct basic to intermediate needs analysis to align learning solutions with business and learner goals
• Design and develop interactive, application-focused training content for digital and blended formats
• Create compelling instructional materials, visuals, and assessments using modern instructional strategies
• Lead or support storyboarding, content authoring, and multimedia development for self-paced and instructor-led programs
• Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to build engaging and effective learning experiences
• Write in clear, learner-friendly language tailored to diverse audiences and roles
