Vice President, People and Culture Business Partner

The organization operates across multiple regions, supporting complex business operations and driving strategic growth. We have openings in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad & Pune as well.

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

• Act as a strategic HR Business Partner for assigned business units, aligning people’s initiatives with organizational goals.
• Drive HR programs and initiatives at the unit level, including engagement, performance management, and change management.
• Partner with business leaders to provide insights into employee trends, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
• Serve as the go-to advisor for all people-related matters within the business unit, addressing employee queries, concerns, and process implementation.
• Analyze HR data and reports to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Champion changes by challenging existing processes and implementing more agile, effective solutions.
