We are looking for an IT-Transformation Expert

You'll make a difference by :

• Support the development and execution of IT strategies aligned with the organization's strategic objectives
• Assist in structuring deliverables and prioritizing actionable insights for strategy execution management
• Operationalize vision into actionable initiatives and distill sophisticated topics into executive-ready insights for informed decision-making
• Support the orchestration of the OKR process to implement the IT strategy and ensure alignment and tracking of strategic objectives within the organization
• Design and implement IT Target Operating Models to enable efficient collaboration across Siemens Business Units and internally within Siemens Mobility
• Develop and implement change management strategies and communication concepts to support the adoption of new technologies and processes within the organization
• Prepare and present materials for top management to ensure informed decision-making
• Foster strong interdepartmental relationships to ensure stakeholder needs are effectively addressed
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization
