About the Role :
The Deloitte Workday team is searching for a talented and experienced Workday Technical Consultant to join our Human Resources Service Transformation (HRST) practice. This role is crucial for executing new, fresh Workday implementations and replacing legacy systems for our clients. You'll be the technical expert, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining integrations and reports that connect Workday with other enterprise applications. We're looking for someone who has a deep understanding of Workday's technical architecture and is passionate about solving complex integration challenges. This is a hybrid position where you will leverage your technical skills to deliver seamless solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain various types of Workday integrations using a variety of tools, including Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
- Build and modify custom reports using Report Writer, calculated fields, and Workday Prism Analytics.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct data conversions and migrations from legacy systems into Workday.
- Manage and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all technical designs, configurations, and integrations.
- Partner with clients and third-party vendors to ensure smooth data flow and successful implementation.
- Stay current with new Workday features and technical capabilities to provide cutting-edge solutions.
Qualifications :
Experience : 3-6 years of professional experience, with at least 3+ years in a Workday-specific technical role.Workday Implementation : A minimum of two full-cycle Workday implementation projects with a focus on technical delivery.Technical Expertise : Deep hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors. Proficiency in Workday Report Writer and calculated fields is also a must.Certifications : Must hold Workday HCM and Integration certifications.
