About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator for a 6-month fixed-term contract, based in Port Melbourne . This role will provide essential administrative support for a new project servicing fire signs across the state. You will be the key point of contact between technicians, customers, and the help desk, coordinating schedules, travel, and reporting to ensure the project runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate technician schedules, travel, and accommodationAct as the main point of contact for customer help desk inquiriesTrack and report on all services completed across the stateSupport the team with day-to-day administrative tasksPrepare correspondence, reports, and internal documentsLiaise with customers and internal teams to ensure deadlines are metAssist with general office operational support as neededWhat We’re Looking For
