Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Trainee (Internship) at XpressEdu. The Talent Acquisition Trainee will be responsible for assisting with full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. The trainee will help with hiring processes and employer branding initiatives, improving the overall candidate experience and supporting various recruitment activities.

Qualifications

• Possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
• Experience in Interviewing processes
• Knowledge of Hiring practices and procedures
• Understanding of Employer Branding techniques
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Passion for the field of talent acquisition and human resources
