Job Overview :
The Business Development and Growth Leader will drive strategic growth initiatives, define business priorities, and ensure the achievement of sales and marketing objectives. This role involves identifying new market opportunities, setting sales targets, managing budgets, and delivering results with full accountability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Direction & Planning :
- Determine business priorities and allocate resources to achieve sales and growth objectives
- Establish sales targets and budgets for one or more departments within the sales and marketing organization
- Business Development :
- Identify, define, and evaluate new market and product opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Develop and implement strategies to expand market presence and increase customer engagement
- Performance Management :
- Monitor progress against sales targets and budgets
- Take accountability for results and implement corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals
- Safety & Compliance :
- Promote a strong Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) culture by following safety policies and identifying hazards
- Ensure all business activities comply with corporate policies and regulations
Required Qualifications / Skills :
5-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or growth managementProven track record of achieving sales targets and managing budgetsStrong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilitiesSkills Required
