Brand Specialist – Premium Nutraceuticals (Mumbai, India)

We are building a next-generation, science-backed nutraceutical brand from the ground up — starting in India, with a global outlook from day one. The vision is simple yet bold : create a premium health brand rooted in uncompromising transparency , and scale it worldwide through our established global pharma distribution network.

As our Brand Specialist , you will work directly with the founder to ideate, design, and launch this brand, taking ownership from strategy to execution. Initially, you will be a one-person powerhouse, gradually building an in-house, AI-enabled marketing and branding team instead of relying on multiple agencies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop brand identity, positioning, and visual language from scratch.
• Craft compelling brand storytelling for a premium, science-backed product line.
• Design packaging, marketing assets, and digital creatives (with design support where needed).
• Build a robust digital marketing strategy across social, performance, and influencer channels.
• Establish offline presence through pharmacy chains, health retailers, and premium store tie-ups.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, regulatory, and distribution teams to align market strategy.
• Track and analyze brand performance metrics to refine strategy for Indian and global markets.
