Sales Manager – Vashi Location Concept Selling -Shipping Software

Department : Commercial

Type : Full-time (Client-facing role)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Sales Manager with a strong foundation in concept selling and shipping solutions. If you're a strategic thinker with a knack for international client engagement and a drive to exceed targets, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities through concept-driven sales approaches
Develop tailored shipping solutions and pitch them effectively to clients
Build and nurture relationships with international clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Design and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
Deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and reports to stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth service delivery and client success

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

5–6 years of experience in business development within the shipping industry

Proven ability to manage international client relationships

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
