Job Summary

We are looking for a Founder’s Office Associate to join our core team. This is a full-time remote role where you’ll work directly with the founder to drive strategy, execution, and operations across multiple verticals. You’ll be at the heart of everything that moves from internal processes to external partnerships ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

Role and Requirements

As a Founder’s Office Associate, you’ll act as the founder’s right hand, helping translate ideas into action and plans into results. You’ll handle high-ownership tasks, support decision-making with data and insights, and drive projects end to end from brainstorming to execution.

• Work closely with the founder on strategy, operations, and execution.
• Manage and monitor cross-functional projects to ensure timelines and outcomes.
• Conduct research, analysis, and reporting to support business decisions.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate between teams to ensure smooth execution of key initiatives.
• Experience and Qualification
• 0.6–2 years of experience in operations, consulting, strategy, or a startup environment.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Proficiency in tools like Notion, Excel, or Google Workspace.
• Entrepreneurial attitude i.e. proactive, hands-on, and execution-driven.
• Prior experience working with founders or early-stage startups is a plus.
