Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Founder's Office Executive located in Gurugram. The Founder's Office Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating daily activities, handling communication and correspondence, preparing reports, and supporting strategic planning. The role includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth operations within the founder's office. The candidate will also serve as a liaison between the founder and various internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role or in executive support is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Minimum 2+ years experience and not more than 5years of experience
