Founder’s Office - The Storyteller, Trust & Community Builder

You will be the Soul of our brand's external voice, building deep, authentic relationships with creators and cultural partners to tell powerful stories that drive our growth and mission.

  • Your Mission - Own the entire Lifecycle of our external Voice :

    Build & Nurture Authentic Relationships :

    with a curated portfolio of creators, dermatologists, and experts who genuinely align with our brand's mission and values.

    Powerful Story-telling :

    Connect with our partners on a human level and help them unearth their

    own

    authentic skin stories in a powerful, emotional, high impact manner.

    Own the "It" Factor :

    Be tapped into culturally relevant conversations and keep the brand ahead of trends in a relevant manner.

    Performance & Insights :

    Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and track the performance of your campaigns, to get actionable insights for building future strategy.

    Go Beyond the Gram :

    if it's a powerful way to tell our story and build our community, it's on your table - podcast integrations, PR, YouTube and strategic brand collaborations.

    Exceptional Emotional Intelligence (EQ) :

    You have a natural ability to listen, understand motivations, and connect with people on a human level.

    2-3+ years of experience

    We want to see how you go from a problem to an executable solution. Think back to a time when you had to solve a complicated problem. What was the problem. What solution did you propose - how it was created into an executable model and what were the measurable results you achieved.
