Sikich India seeks an Applications Administrator for technical support on Oracle HCM and ERP clouds, external apps, and systems.
The role involves implementation of best-in-class internal services through configuration, data integrity, system security, maintenance, enhancements, process improvements, and projects.
- Collaborate with Application Support Specialist to maintain production configurations and oversee adherence to formal configuration procedures.
- Provide oversight of Oracle processes in the transaction console and scheduled processes.
- Create processing and data reports to meet business requirements in collaboration with Principal Applications Engineer.
- Develop tailored security roles and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence catalog access according to job titles and responsibilities.
- Conduct data imports and exports to fulfill authorized business needs.
- Manage Oracle service requests for high-level system issues / requests.
- Collaborate with IT Enterprise team to perform research and provide technical analysis for HR, Finance, and Client Services teams.
- Evaluate, modify, and customize existing functionalities and new features and applications in collaboration with IT Enterprises team and other Internal IT teams.
- Assess current system utilization to identify and recommend improvements.
- Provide guidance for training materials, guides, online content, and documentation.
- Maintain knowledge of emerging trends and developments in ERP / HCM technology.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.Five plus years' experience preferred within Oracle ERP and HCM Cloud.Strong analytical background.Experience with report writer tool; Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence experience preferred.Minimum of two (2) years' experience with ERP and HCM configuration.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent oral & written communication skills.
