Job Description
- Responsible for creating a talent acquisition plan for the year keeping into account the business objectives, manpower plan, diversity goals and driving the recruitment processes with the objective of recruiting talent as per the business unit
- s requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner. This is a tactical role which contributes to defining the direction of the operating plans based on the business strategy, with a significant mid-term impact on business unit

Responsibilities
Development of recruitment strategy basis manpower planning of the business unitDrive conversation with business leaders to effectively manage talent hiring process for the business unit.Manage hiring related escalations.Conduct cost impact analysis and define key imperatives, channel mix, SLAs for business, skill sets, funnel availability.Identify opportunities to increase the effectiveness of talent acquisition initiatives to meet objectives.Provide inputs to team if required on vendor selection, salary fitment analysis etc.Participate in HR panel interviews.Identify automation or other key process / policy improvement initiatives to increase efficiency of recruitment, sourcing, and selection programs such as introduction of tools, modification to employee referral policy, development of staffing manuals etc.Track and monitor performance against manpower plan and budgetTrack accuracy of hiring and other performance metrics and take corrective actions if required.Also drive the diversity & hiring mix goals for the business unit, by ensuring the funnel is available for hiring as per the agreed goals.Minimum Qualification & Experience
Relevant years of experience in HRDesired Skill sets
Proven work experience as a Recruiter in technology industryHands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)Strong hold of HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)Excellent communication, interpersonal and strong decision-making skillsSkills Required
