Job fair cost negotiation, CRS, Advertisement cost, hiring cost and follow up with finance department for final payments.Formalizing and updating MGM payment tracker and forwarding the payment details to payroll department.Follow up with other sourcing agencies for bills due for payment.Recruitment for Corporate Office
Sourcing the candidates for corporate level hiring and taking initial round of interview.Upon selection, scheduling further round of interviews with the senior management.Negotiating on salary offered and preparing the appointment letters.New Joining Induction to the RHR and corporate teamDrive Recruitment through Regional Teams
Driving and monitoring RHR for sourcing requirements and new initiatives to achieve departmental goal of sourcing.Reports

As per Management requirements, Special projects are assigned twice or thrice in a Financial year.Onboarding
Coordinate pre-joining formalities and documentation for new hires.
Ensure a smooth transition for employees from offer acceptance to joining.
Liaise with IT, admin, and payroll teams to facilitate seamless onboarding.
Induction
Design and deliver induction programs to familiarize new employees with company culture, policies, and processes.
Schedule sessions with leadership and functional heads for deeper organizational understanding.
Collect feedback to continuously improve the induction experience.
Managing External Stakeholders
Act as the primary point of contact for external partners including recruitment vendors, training providers, and consultants.
Ensure timely communication and resolution of issues related to hiring and onboarding.
Monitor service level agreements and escalate concerns as needed.
People Engagement
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Organize events, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to foster a positive work environment.
Partner with internal teams to address employee concerns and improve morale.
