Position : STEM Trainer / Educator
Location : Mumbai, Noida, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Dang-Gujarat, Pune
Reporting To : Regional Program Manager / STEM Program Lead
Work Type : Full-time, field-based with regular school visits
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging STEM classes and hands-on workshops for students (Classes 6–10).
- Mentor and train teachers and community members to deliver STEM learning effectively.
- Manage STEM labs, maintain equipment, and ensure safety standards.
- Foster curiosity, innovation, and experimentation in schools.
- Track student and teacher progress; prepare reports for Ennoble's impact tracking.
- Customize STEM curriculum to align with NCERT / State Board standards and local context.
- Organize STEM fairs, competitions, and showcase events.
- Engage parents and communities to highlight student projects and STEM impact.
- Stay updated on new STEM tools, EdTech platforms, and teaching practices.
- Coordinate with NGOs, government officials, and corporate partners for program support.
Technical Skills
Knowledge of school-level STEM curriculum (Classes 6–10).Hands-on experience with STEM kits, robotics, and coding platforms (Scratch, Arduino, Tinker-cad).Lab management, safety standards, and data tracking / reporting.Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with EdTech tools is a plus.Soft Skills
Strong communication, mentoring, and collaboration skills.Creativity, problem-solving, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity.Ownership, initiative, and attention to detail in classroom and lab activities.Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Education, or related field (Mandatory).Preferred : Specialization in STEM education, EdTech, or curriculum development.Prior teaching, lab management, or STEM facilitation experience is highly advantageous.1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred.Skills Required
