Role Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic Strategy & Program Manager to join our Builder Channel Central Strategy team. This role will drive strategic initiatives, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and execute key growth and marketing programs across geographies—especially in NCR. The ideal candidate will combine analytical problem-solving skills with strong stakeholder management and execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities :
Program & Strategy Management
- Plan, lead, and execute strategic initiatives for the Builder Channel vertical.
- Collaborate with central and regional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Track and monitor project milestones, program performance, and make data-driven adjustments.
- Support leadership in formulating and implementing short-term and long-term strategies.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and outcomes.
Cross-Functional & Market Coordination
Act as the central link between sales, marketing, and growth teams across NCR (Gurgaon / Noida).Coordinate closely with the central strategy team to localize and execute campaigns and activations.Ensure all events, campaigns, and outreach programs are well-supported by relevant teams.Demand Generation & Growth
Design and execute high-impact, hyperlocal campaigns (online & offline) to drive project visibility and site visits.Lead outreach initiatives through WhatsApp, telecalling, SMS, and email marketing.Drive community and institutional engagement programs to boost lead generation.Partnerships & Alliances
Build B2B partnerships with corporates, coworking spaces, wealth managers, and tech parks.Develop co-branded alliances to drive institutional and commercial real estate demand.Community & Event Activations
Organize and manage society events, showcases, and networking programs.Collaborate with field teams to increase project visibility and enhance customer engagement.Skills & Qualifications :
2–7 years of experience in strategy, program management, or growth roles, ideally in real estate, consulting, or startup environments.Strong leadership and coordination skills with experience handling cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Data-driven and analytical mindset with strong execution orientation.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.What We Offer :
