🔹 Role Focus : Mixed-use developments across residential, retail (large shopping complexes), and hospitality asset classes

🔹 Domain Expertise :

• Architecture – including base build , interiors , and MEP Design
• Project leadership across asset classes

🔹 Experience Required : 15–20+ years in large-scale real estate projects

🔹 Preferred Backgrounds : Professionals with experience in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, or the UK
