Position Summary :
The Chief of Staff serves as a strategic advisor and operational partner to the executive leadership, driving organizational priorities, streamlining communication, and ensuring execution of key initiatives. This role combines strategic planning, project management, and executive support to enhance the efficiency and impact of the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities : Strategic Planning & Execution
- Support the CEO / COO in defining, communicating, and executing the organization’s strategic priorities.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely delivery of key projects.
- Conduct research and analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
Executive Support & Advisory
Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the executive, providing insights, recommendations, and risk assessments.Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for executive meetings and board sessions.Manage and prioritize the executive’s agenda, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Operations & Coordination
Oversee daily operations of the executive office, ensuring effective communication and follow-through on commitments.Serve as a liaison between leadership and internal / external stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment.Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency across departments.Team Leadership & Collaboration
Facilitate collaboration among department heads and project teams.Support talent development and performance management initiatives.Lead or coordinate special projects, task forces, or committees as assigned.Communication & Stakeholder Management
Draft executive communications, reports, and internal updates.Represent the executive in meetings and engagements when required.Build and maintain relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders.Qualifications : Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).Experience :
Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, operations, or executive support.Proven experience working closely with senior leadership or in a fast-paced corporate environment.Skills :
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High emotional intelligence and discretion.Exceptional project management and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello).Core Competencies :
