Manager - Personal Loans - Credit Risk- Digital Lending

Job Purpose :

Responsible for analyzing and managing delinquency metrics for the personal loans portfolio, performing customer segmentation, and developing loss reduction strategies with a focus on business growth while maintain risk guardrails. Leverage Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to automate portfolio monitoring, loss prediction models, which are fed into policy creation and pricing strategies.

Principal Accountabilities :

• Analyze delinquency metrics and portfolio performance, identifying key risk segments on day to day basis.
• Deep dive into multiple data sources and create features for model development and risk segmentation strategies.
• Develop and implement loss mitigation strategies supporting both risk control and business growth.
• Utilize AI / ML tools to automate daily portfolio monitoring and risk reporting workflows.
• Build and maintain loss prediction models and dynamic pricing / offering strategies using AI and ML techniques.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand policies, execute day to day tasks relating to implementation & integration of innovative tools into credit risk management framework.
• Create AI ML driven working models by closely working with portfolio policy managers :

To improve funnel conversions

To estimate customer level losses & create / modify credit policies by balancing risk reward metrics

Ensure timely delivery of projects and initiatives with an innovator and problem-solver mindset.

Simplify complex business problems by designing efficient, data-driven solutions.

Design & track project KPIs closely & present key outcomes to leadership team.

Qualifications :

Qualifications preferred : BTech with MBA
