Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Identify, onboard, and manage Partners and Lenders for business sourcing and smooth operations.
2. Acquisition of Unsecured Loan, Personal Loan, Banking Loan, Home Loan, Loan against Property customers in the identified segment.
3. Establish strong relationships with loan aggregators, channel partners, and financial intermediaries to drive lending business.
4. Oversee the loan origination process, ensuring smooth disbursements through Investkraft's lending partners.
5. Monitor lending performance and analyse data to optimize product offerings.
6. Work with legal and compliance teams to streamline loan documentation and agreement processes.
7. Drive revenue growth through structured loan deals, cross-selling opportunities, and strategic lending partnerships.
8. Working closely with Partner Onboarding team and operations team to drive the Lending sales.
9. Meet and exceed the defined targets of new partner acquisitions month-on-month by analysing the partner traction.
10. Ensure strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.
