IMPACT Community Services is proud to announce our successful partnership with CoAct under the  Inclusive Employment Australia  program. This transformative 5-year initiative will empower the Agnes Water community through inclusive employment solutions.

We are seeking a passionate, driven professional to join our team as an  Employment Support Consultant.  You will be based at our IMPACT Community Health Service located in Agnes Water.In this newly created role, you will connect people with disabilities to employment by promoting services and building strong community relationships.

What you will be doing :

• Prospect Caseload & Client Support,  manage prospective client enquiries, guide them through eligibility, and provide ongoing support and follow-up. Maintain accurate records in JobReady, documenting interactions and tracking progress. Assist clients in gathering medical evidence, facilitate ESAt referrals, and send appointment reminders.
• Community & Employer Engagement,  represent the organisation at job fairs, expos, and employment events to promote services and attract clients. Proactively engage employers and clients through in-house initiatives when external events are limited.
• Social & Community Supports,  facilitate access to social support services such as food banks, medical centres, and allied health providers. Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers to ensure timely and appropriate client support.
