Project Coordinator - Agnes Water

Impact Community Health Service (ICHS) is growing! We have an exciting opportuning for a motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to lead the implementation of the Discovery Coast Primary Health Care Continuity Plan - a key initiative under the Resilient Care Grant.

This on-site role is full-time and fixed-term until 30 June 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with health care providers, emergency services, and local government.
• Program Coordination : Lead the co-design and implementation of the Primary Health Care Continuity Plan, including tools and formal agreements.
• Training & Simulation : Organise and deliver training sessions and mock disaster scenarios to test preparedness.
• Monitoring & Reporting : Track project milestones, prepare reports, and support program evaluation activities.
• Sustainability Planning : Develop long-term strategies, activation protocols, and handover frameworks.
• General Duties : Contribute to a safe workplace and support broader organisational initiatives as required.
