We are seeking a passionate, driven professional to join our Maryborough team as an Employment Support Consultant. In this newly created role, you will connect people with disabilities to employment by promoting services and building strong community relationships.
What you will be doing :
- Prospect Caseload & Client Support, manage prospective client enquiries, guide them through eligibility, and provide ongoing support and follow-up. Maintain accurate records in JobReady, documenting interactions and tracking progress. Assist clients in gathering medical evidence, facilitate ESAt referrals, and send appointment reminders.
- Community & Employer Engagement, represent the organisation at job fairs, expos, and employment events to promote services and attract clients. Proactively engage employers and clients through in-house initiatives when external events are limited.
- Social & Community Supports, facilitate access to social support services such as food banks, medical centres, and allied health providers. Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers to ensure timely and appropriate client support.
