Job Description : Performance Marketer (Amazon) - Farmley, Noida

Farmley, a leading wholesome snacking brand in India, seeks a results-driven Performance Marketer specializing in Amazon platform advertising.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon ad campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) to maximize ROI.
• Analyze Amazon campaign and performance reports; derive actionable insights to improve traffic, conversion, and sales.
• Regularly report performance trends and recommendations to internal management.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and implement A / B tests for creatives and targeting.
• Manage ad budgets and bid strategies to optimize TACoS and RoAS.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for listing optimization, stock availability, and promotional planning.
• Stay updated on latest Amazon Ads features and industry best practices.
• Identify and add negative keywords; refine campaign structures for efficiency.
• Monitor product and brand ranking; suggest optimizations for organic 2+ years' experience in Amazon performance marketing / ads management.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; Proficient in Amazon consoles such as Seller Central, Vendor Central and AMS Campaign Manager.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Master's in marketing / business, or related field is preferred.
