We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist . The role involves managing a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR operations to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes across the organization both for India & UK region
Key Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollout.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics.
2. Employee Engagement & Welfare
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.Address employee queries and grievances with empathy and confidentiality.Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.3. Performance Management
Support performance appraisal cycles and feedback sessions.Track goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans.4. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain and update employee records (HRMS, attendance, leave, etc.).Ensure compliance with statutory and labor laws.Manage exit formalities and offboarding process.
