Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

Analyze inbound and outbound leads to identify scalability potential.

Collaborate on proposal creation, negotiation, and onboarding of new clients.

Develop compelling case studies showcasing successful brand campaigns to drive new business.

Partnership & Commission Management

Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders.

Oversee partnership commission structures, ensuring transparency and timely payouts.

Talent Acquisition & Hiring

Lead strategic hiring efforts to attract top-tier talent for critical roles.

Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding.

Team & Culture Enhancement

Drive initiatives to foster collaboration and innovation aligned with business objectives.

Organize knowledge-sharing sessions and performance reviews to boost productivity.

Auxiliary Strategic Tasks

Create impactful reports and case studies for internal and external audiences.

Optimize internal processes to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in sales, partnerships, or operations.

Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Experience in recruitment / talent acquisition is a plus.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset with an eye for process improvement.
