Key Responsibilities :
HR Strategy & Compliance :
Develop and oversee HR policies, ensuring compliance with
labor laws, PF, ESI, and statutory regulations .
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment :
Manage the
HR recruitment team , oversee job postings on
job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) , and ensure timely hiring.
Payroll & HRMS Management :
Oversee
payroll processing, salary structures, and HRMS application
implementation and maintenance.
Performance & Employee Engagement :
Implement
performance appraisal systems , foster a positive work culture, and drive employee engagement initiatives.
Training & Development :
Assess training needs and implement relevant employee development programs.
People Management :
Lead and mentor HR team members, handle
employee relations , resolve conflicts, and manage disciplinary actions.
Compensation & Benefits :
Maintain
pay plans, benefits programs, and employee welfare initiatives .
HR Metrics & Reporting :
Provide decision support to management through HR analytics and reports.
Workplace Safety & Culture :
Uphold workplace safety standards and promote a positive work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Proven experience (8+ years) as an HR Manager
with expertise in
HR operations, recruitment, and compliance .
Strong knowledge of
HR systems, databases, job portals, and compliance regulations .
Hands-on experience with
payroll processing, PF, ESI, and statutory compliances .
Experience in
managing HR recruitment teams
and handling job postings on
multiple job portals .
Expertise in
HRMS applications and automation of HR processes .
Excellent
leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills .
Strong
problem-solving ability, decision-making skills, and communication .
