Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Odisha, India. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will also develop and implement HR policies and procedures, manage employee benefits programs, and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills
• Experience in training and development and employee engagement
• Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Odisha, India
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry is beneficial
