Position Overview :
The General Manager (GM) serves as the Business Unit Head of Atluri Holdings, overseeing strategy, governance, and profitability across all subsidiaries. The GM will be accountable for aligning business units with the group’s vision, driving growth initiatives, and managing cross-functional functions ( Finance, IT, HR, Marketing, Legal ) while ensuring the holding company achieves its revenue and profit-sharing targets.

Team Supervision : Executive Managers, Department Heads (Finance, IT, HR, Marketing, Legal)
Working Hours : 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (with flexibility during appraisals, audits, or major events)
CTC Range : 15 to 18 LPA
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Governance
- Define and execute the long-term strategic roadmap for Atluri Holdings and its subsidiaries.
- Monitor performance of subsidiaries and drive accountability through business reviews.
- Establish governance frameworks for risk management, compliance, and decision-making.
- Act as a thought leader, identifying growth opportunities, partnerships, and new revenue streams.
Finance & P&L Oversight
Drive consolidated financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.Ensure accurate revenue and profit share calculations from subsidiaries.Optimize cost structures across business units to maximize profitability.Liaise with banks, investors, and auditors on behalf of the group.Marketing & Business Development
Build a unified group brand identity and oversee marketing campaigns.Develop strategic alliances with external partners, consultants, and government bodies.Guide subsidiaries in market positioning, brand communication, and client acquisition.Human Resources & Culture
Establish HR strategy, compensation philosophy, and succession planning.Mentor leadership teams across subsidiaries and foster a unified work culture.Oversee performance appraisal, talent development, and leadership pipeline creation.IT & Digital Transformation
Drive digital adoption across subsidiaries (ERP, CRM, HRMS, e-commerce platforms).Ensure robust cybersecurity, data protection, and systems integration.Evaluate emerging technologies for business advantage.Legal & Compliance
Oversee group-level contracts, joint ventures, and legal matters.Ensure compliance with corporate governance norms, RERA, SEBI, and Companies Act.Manage disputes, negotiations, and stakeholder agreements with external counsel.Qualifications & Skills
Education : MBA / CA / CS or equivalent; additional certifications in Strategy / Finance preferred.Experience : Min 20 years in senior leadership roles, ideally across diversified industries.Strong track record in P&L management, business strategy, and cross-functional leadership.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Visionary with a balance of strategic foresight and operational rigor.Comfort working with and adapting to Gen AI Tools
