Senior Associate - SharePoint Expert

Job Purpose

We are looking for a skilled SharePoint Expert to lead the development of a new SharePoint site from the ground up, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and secure architecture. The role will also support integration efforts with platforms such as Filament and AI databases, enabling seamless collaboration and data access across systems.

Desired Skills And Experience

• Candidates should have a B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / MBA in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field
• More than 4 years of experience in SharePoint development, administration, or consulting roles.
• Strong proficiency in SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016 / 2019, and Office 365.
• Expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell, REST APIs, and SharePoint Designer.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, HTML / CSS, and SQL Server for custom development and integration.
• Experience with document management best practices, including metadata tagging, version control, and retention policies.sss
• Familiarity with AI integration workflows, including semantic indexing, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API, Azure AI Foundry, and Copilot integration is a strong plus.
• Experience with Filament, LlamaIndex, or similar AI connectors.
• Familiarity with enterprise-grade security protocols and identity passthrough.
• Exposure to AI training workflows and document-based knowledge management.
