Job Title : Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Developer

Location : Hyderabad and Bangalore

Job Type : Full-Time

Experience Level : Senior-Level (5+ years)

Work timing : 7 : 30 AM to 5 PM IST. Should be willing to work in other shifts and WFO as per clients policies and Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft 365 services. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise and a strong understanding of business process automation, collaboration platforms, and low-code / no-code application development.

Sr SharePoint and Power Platform Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2019, SPFx, Custom Components, SharePoint Migration using tools like ShareGate, Power Apps (both Canvas and Model Driven), Power Automate and related technologies like Azure DevOps, Agile methodologies, Azure App Services, SQL Server.

Hands-on experience in design, development, deployment and support of model-driven Power Apps apps with Dataverse at enterprise scale.
Must have excellent customer facing skills and should be able to lead a small team of developers.
Must have strong analytical and reasoning skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain solutions using SharePoint Online, including custom lists, libraries, site collections, permissions, and web parts.

Build Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards to digitize and automate business processes.

Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver scalable solutions.

Create custom connectors, utilize Dataverse, and integrate Microsoft 365 services with external data sources.

Develop custom components using Power Platform CLI, JavaScript, SPFx, or PowerShell where necessary.

Maintain documentation for solutions, processes, and best practices.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and business users adopting the platform.

Ensure security, governance, compliance, and performance optimization across solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

5+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

Strong experience with SPFx development, REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript, HTML / CSS, and PowerShell.

Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, Azure AD, etc.).

Proven track record of delivering end-to-end low-code / no-code solutions.

Solid grasp of security, role-based access, and data governance.

Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing solutions.
