Overview
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Team Lead for our Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform, and few other technologies . This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient service delivery, incident management, and problem resolution in alignment with organizational standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in SharePoint and Power Platform, exceptional leadership abilities, and the capacity to effectively manage team dynamics and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership :
Manage, mentor, and motivate existing team of approximately a dozen professionals specializing mostly in Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform.Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment to enhance productivity and professional growth.Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Technical Guidance
Provide technical leadership and support to team members in the development and implementation of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.Identify skill gaps within the team and recommend targeted training programs to enhance overall team capabilities, particularly for junior team members.Act as SME and Architect of SharePoint and Power Platform technologiesClient Engagement
Manage client expectations by maintaining clear communication and building strong relationships with stakeholders.Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.Project Management
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of platform support and ad-hoc projects, ensuring adherence to SLAs, timelines, and budgets.Coordinate with managers and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for any new requirements. Provide estimation and timeline to assist with creating of Statement of Work.Manage resource allocation and time effectively across multiple projects to ensure optimal productivity and timely delivery.Job Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;A minimum of 8 years of experience working with SharePoint and Power Platform, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, customization, and development, as well as Power Apps and Power Automate.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.Experience working in a client-facing role or consulting environment.Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Certified : Teamwork Administrator Associate).Skills Required
