Job description

We are looking for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate about company's services / offerings and the clients they serve. Client Relationship Manager will act as a point of contact for their clients. Particularly we are looking for a candidate having a minimum of 5 years' experience in Exhibitions & Events Industry. One will be responsible for handling billion-dollar tech & pharma clientele.

Client Relationship Manager's responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. One will liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our offerings according to client needs. To Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favourable relationship with clients.

Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of our industrys concepts, practices and procedures. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Will report to Sr. Director Global Business.

Responsibilities :

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients
  • Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, virtual and in person meetings
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions / services according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Enhance team's and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
  • Responsible for working along with the senior sales team member to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
  • Bringing a value add in construction & development of processes and documents required for smooth customer journey for an entire project
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams

Requirements :

  • Proven account management experience with top tier event companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of exhibition industry experience is required.
  • Patient and active listener, and keen to learn and adapt as per the eco system.
