The successful candidate will be responsible for being an architect in designing the Performance Management framework and build is down up for the enterprise.
Job Responsibilities : -
- Design & Align Performance Systems.
- Create, implement, and refine systems like performance appraisals, appraisal cycles, KPIs, goal setting, and career planning in alignment with organizational strategy.
- Manage Appraisal Processes & Feedback.
- Oversee annual / midyear reviews and continuous feedback; train managers to deliver constructive feedback; manage performance improvement plans when needed.
- KPI / Goal Setting & Tracking.
- Collaborate with leadership to set measurable goals; design dashboards, tools, or matrices to monitor progress; adapt KPIs based on evolving business needs.
- Data Analysis & Reporting.
- Capture and analyze performance metrics, trends, appraisal data; generate insights for leadership and recommend enhancements to systems or strategies.
- Rewards, Recognition & Engagement.
- Build reward and recognition programs to boost motivation and retention; ensure fairness and alignment with performance outcomes.
- Organizational Development & Coaching.
- Engage in leadership development, change management, and building a performance culture; support managers and employees in growth conversations.
Ideal Profile :
Bachelors in HR / Business; Masters (MBA / PGDM in HR) required from a well recognized management institute.10+ years in HR with PMS / OD experience.Strong analytical mindset, tool fluency (HRIS, dashboards).Exceptional communication, stakeholder collaboration, change facilitation.(ref : iimjobs.com)
