- The role is part of a desk extension team in PB CFO and supports the CFO / Performance Management team in Germany having a local reporting line in Mumbai.

Extensive Involvement in Flash, Actual and Planning processes, including relevant explains, interacting with the regional / central CFOs and Performance Mgmt teams / business heads where requiredAnalysing and providing detailed level commentaries for YoY, QoQ, MoM variancesEnsuring timely completion of month end process and GGL restatement processEnsure proper and audit-proof documentation of reporting processes in accordance with internal KOPs and control frameworkMonthly / Weekly Revenue / Flow / Volume reporting & analysis for senior managementInvolvement in planning and budgeting exercise for Private Bank in collaboration with business and Coverage CFO teamsStreamlining reportings and driving automation initiatives within Private BankDrive automation of reporting process eg : within divisional strategic projects or via self developed solutionsUnderstanding of Gen AI and Co-Pilot to support innovation across business processesConduct various ad hoc analysis and strategically address issues that are complementary to the regular planning and forecasting processesOther CFO tasks as necessaryYour skills and experience
Academic qualifications in Business, Finance or related fieldPrior relevant work experience of minimum 2-7 yearsExperience in Accountancy or Management ConsultingAptitude for analytical tasks and ability to pull out the key messagesAbility to constructively challenge senior colleaguesVery Good Excel working knowledgeStrong communication skills with excellent English, both orally and writtenGood knowledge of the financial sectorHow we'll support you
