About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven E-commerce Performance Marketer with a proven track record of scaling D2C or e-commerce brands through strategic paid media execution. The ideal candidate should have managed monthly ad spends of ₹50 lakhs or more across Google and Meta platforms, with deep experience in analytics, campaign optimization, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilies

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to achieve ROAS, CPA, and revenue goals.
• Manage large-scale monthly ad budgets efficiently while ensuring profitability and consistency.
• Concurrently monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analycs, Meta Ads Manager, and other analycs tools.
• Build and manage performance dashboards to track key metrics, including CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and LTV.
• Conduct A / B testing for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with the creave, tech, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Stay updated with the latest algorithm changes, ad formats, and platform innovations to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.
