About the Role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Professional who can plan, manage, and scale paid advertising campaigns on Amazon Ads. You should be data-driven, creative, and focused on delivering growth through measurable results. Prior experience in the D2C or beauty / personal care space is preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on Amazon Ads platforms
Manage full-funnel marketing strategies - Awareness, Consideration, Conversion
Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, etc.)
A / B test creatives, audiences, landing pages, and product positioning
Collaborate with content, design, and web development teams to execute ad strategies
Track daily performance and create weekly / monthly reports with insights and actions
Manage retargeting, lookalike, and custom audience strategies
Monitor competitor performance and market trends to stay ahead of the curve

Qualifications :

Minimum 6 Months of experience in performance marketing (Amazon Ads)

Strong analytical skills and a clear understanding of digital KPIs

Experience in D2C, personal care, or e-commerce brands

Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, or Amazon Seller Central
